SCHEDULE II
(ss. 143 and 145)
COSTS REIMBURSED TO A FUNERAL SERVICES BUSINESS BY THE MINISTER FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF UNCLAIMED BODIES
1. In the case of the body of a child under 1 year of age, the costs allocated for an unclaimed body are
(1)  $170 for the taking charge and preservation;
(2)  $210 for the preparation and disposal; and
(3)  $20 as administrative costs.
In other cases, the costs are
(1)  $280 for the taking charge and preservation;
(2)  $420 for the preparation and disposal; and
(3)  $20 as administrative costs.
2. Where the body is very tall or has an exceptional weight that requires special measures, the following additional amounts may be allocated:
(1)  $51 where the services of an additional team must be retained for transportation by stretcher and the transportation of the body;
(2)  $90 for the use of the appropriate cremation container.
3. An additional amount may be allocated in exceptional situations for the transportation of a body outside the boundaries of a municipality. That amount is $1.10 per kilometre travelled with the body in the vehicle.

(2)  $200 for the preparation and disposal; and
(3)  $20 as administrative costs.
In other cases, the costs are
(1)  $270 for the taking charge and preservation;
(2)  $400 for the preparation and disposal; and
(3)  $20 as administrative costs.
2. Where the body is very tall or has an exceptional weight that requires special measures, the following additional amounts may be allocated:
(1)  $51 where the services of an additional team must be retained for transportation by stretcher and the transportation of the body;
(2)  $90 for the use of the appropriate cremation container.
3. An additional amount may be allocated in exceptional situations for the transportation of a body outside the boundaries of a municipality. That amount is $1.10 per kilometre travelled with the body in the vehicle.
